Take the first step in brewing your own kombucha at home! Learn primary and secondary fermentation of kombucha through hands-on practice using the batch brew method. Go to your home with your scoby, first and second fermentation brews. Included; Scoby and starter kombucha, pH strips. Your own flavored kombucha. Unique flavored kombucha tasting. Fermented snacks with umami flavors. This workshop will be held in English and/or Turkish.
